This summer, three courses are going to take place in Chop Sup Tsang’s retreat center in Ourense


- REVIEW OF THE FIRST THREE COURSES OF THE 10 YEAR PROGRAMME: days 2,3 and 4 of August.
- TRAINING PROGRAMME COURSE : days 6,7,8,9 and 10 of August.
- LAM RIM COURSE: days 12, 13 and 14 of August.


Registration is now open to join the courses. The registration is done by completing the form you can find on the Foundation’s website.

Dear Dharma friends:

The Menorca 2010 Retreat will soon take place, so for whoever is lodging and staying for meals in the center please bear in mind some useful tips. Please take a sleeping bag and a meditation cushion if you can. A bowl, cutlery, lantern, towel, a ballpoint pen, notebook and a recorder if you have one. If you have any doubt or you wish for more information about accommodation and meals please contact directly with the Ganden Choeling Menorca Center.
